Stacy graduated from Indiana University, in 1999, with a Bachelor's degree with high distinction in Public Health and from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, in 2002.
Stacy concentrates her practice in the representation of health care professionals, including individual physicians and nurses, hospitals, physicians' practice groups, and health care related organizations, in a variety of health care law matters. She also has experience in general litigation and insurance defense.
Stacy is a member of a number of defense oriented legal organizations, including the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana and the nationally recognized Defense Research Institute. She is currently Chair of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana Health Law Section.
Stacy is also a member of the Monroe County Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. She is admitted to the bar in Indiana and to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
A life-long resident of Bloomington, and 1995 graduate of Bloomington High School South, Stacy is active in her community. She is a frequent guest speaker to career classes at area high schools and is a Franklin Initiative volunteer. She is also a graduate of Leadership Bloomington and is involved with Hoosiers Outrun Cancer and Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Central Indiana.
With her busy schedule, Stacy still finds time to be a wife and mother of two. In addition to spending time with her family, Stacy enjoys running and exercising and regularly participates in area running races for charity.
