Lonnie, a Partner at Mallor Clendening Grodner & Bohrer LLP, is a Fellow of the exclusive Litigation Counsel of America and has been designated by his peers as an Indiana Super Lawyer in the field of Civil Litigation. He was also designated an Indiana Super Lawyer, Corporate Counsel Edition, for Civil Litigation Defense. Lonnie is active in the Defense Research Institute, having held the Chair position for the Construction Committee, and the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, having served as an officer, Board member, and Section leader. He is also a member of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys.

Lonnie is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Indiana University who received a B.A. Honors Degree with Highest Distinction, and his J.D. with Honors from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. He also obtained an Associate Degree in Mechanical Drafting with Dean's Honors from Indiana Vocational Technical College.

Lonnie concentrates his law practice in commercial litigation, construction litigation, environmental law, and insurance law. He has extensive experience with Federal and State court cases involving commercial disputes, intellectual property matters, construction claims, tort claims, environmental claims, insurance coverage and insurance bad faith claims. Lonnie has tried complex commercial and tort cases involving preeminent experts and extensive documentary evidence to verdict in both State and Federal courts. While handling complex litigation, Lonnie and his trial team have developed proficiency in electronic discovery and the imaging and managing of thousands of pages of documentary evidence in complex cases and class actions.
