Geoff graduated cum laude from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 1975. He represents businesses and individuals in complex transactions and litigation. Geoff lectures both nationally and internationally on business and environmental matters and litigation. He is active in law practice and business management issues and is past Chair of the Indiana State Bar Association's Practice Management Committee.

Geoff concentrates his law practice in business formation and representation, automobile dealership representation, environmental law, and civil and criminal litigation.
